As we expand our outreach efforts, we are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller who can confidently engage with potential leads, build rapport, and convert them into scheduled appointments for our sales team. Role Overview As a Telecaller , you will play a crucial part in our sales and outreach efforts . You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and encouraging them to schedule meetings with our team. You will also help maintain call records, update Excel sheets, and follow up via email. Success in this role means: Booking consistent appointments with qualified leads. Creating strong first impressions and building interest in our services. Being organized and proactive in maintaining records and follow-ups. Supporting the growth of Tornado BOOM’s client base through meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided databases or lead lists. Clearly communicate Tornado BOOM’s offerings and value propositions. Build interest, handle objections, and successfully book meetings for senior team members. Maintain accurate call and lead records using Microsoft Excel . Send follow-up or cold emails as part of lead nurturing. Provide daily/weekly reporting on call performance and outcomes. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Ensure timely follow-ups and manage scheduling effectively. Uphold the company’s professional tone and customer-first approach. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Graduate or above in any discipline. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead generation preferred. Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi . Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email communication is essential. Confidence: Ability to engage with prospects, address objections, and convert leads over phone/email. Device Requirements: Must have own laptop and mobile phone (company SIM card will be provided). Location Preference: Candidates residing within 5 kms of Laxmi Nagar preferred, or willing to work from the office at least 3-4 days a week.
