Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, making outbound sales calls, and providing excellent customer support. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, following up with customers, training on product features, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to provide Training and guidance on product features and benefits
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
