Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist. The role is located in the Mohali district. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, answering customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include customer support and providing training to clients on our services.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
• Training skills to provide guidance and instruction to clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
