Role Overview

‍We are seeking energetic and persuasive

Telesales Representatives

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound B2B calling, pitching tech solutions, handling objections, following up with leads, and closing deals. This role reports to the Sales Team Lead. The right individual will have a consultative sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.‍

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security.
  • Adhere to schedules and work efficiently

What We Expect Outcome

  • Confidently explain technical solutions (SaaS, automation, etc.) to customers over phone calls, in business terms. Flair in customer support and handling customer inquiries.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth outbound sales process.
  • Maintain and Nurture the Sales pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Engage in outbound sales calls and manage full telesales cycles
  • Pitch tech solutions and handle objections smoothly
  • Follow up with prospects, maintain detailed call records, reckon customer dynamics

  • Basic understanding of AI/ML, SaaS, is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
  • Excellent spoken communication in English

  • Must have knowledge and understanding of the latest tools & technologies in the tech domain
  • 0-1 year experience in tech B2B sales, preferably in AI/ML, SaaS and the related
