Miniplex India is known for its professional team comprising architects, designers, and a trained workforce, and their high-end acoustically designed customized home theaters. Based in India, Mr. Rohan Rastogi, the MD, oversees the technical aspects of acoustics.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gurugram. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, providing information about Miniplex India's services, handling initial inquiries, and guiding customers through the sales process. Their daily tasks will include answering customer questions, addressing concerns, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the sales team to meet targets. Training will be provided to ensure the representative is well-equipped to handle customer needs and represent the company effectively.
