Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries in English & Telugu.
• Explain crowdfunding services clearly and persuasively to customers.
• Support fundraising campaigns with information, guidance, and customer service.
• Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication in

  English & Telugu

  (Hindi is an added advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience in

  telecalling, telesales, or customer support

  .
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
