Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative

(SDR) to be one of the foundational members of our sales team. As an SDR, you will be

responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for

EleanorCare.ai. You will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by initiating

conversations with potential clients and showcasing how our platform can transform their

fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients (NGOs, alumni

associations, political organizations) through various channels, including LinkedIn,

industry directories, and online research.

? Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via personalized

emails, cold calls, and social media outreach to introduce EleanorCare.ai and

understand their needs.

? Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on their

organizational structure, fundraising challenges, and potential fit for our software.

? Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting

activities and lead interactions in our CRM system.

? Meeting Scheduling: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and product

demonstrations for the sales team (initially the founder).

? Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence, including feedback from

prospects, competitive insights, and industry trends, to help refine our sales and

marketing strategies.

? Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure

alignment on messaging and lead quality.

? Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices, fundraising

trends, and updates to the EleanorCare.ai platform.
