Job Description

Edugorithm is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on connecting with potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell our educational courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping people achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce them to Edugorithm’s courses.
• Clearly articulate the value and benefits of our educational programs.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a detailed and organized record of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and teaching teams to stay updated on course offerings and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasive ability and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Based in Kochi or willing to relocate (onsite presence required).
