Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Operations Specialist based in Lucknow, where some work from home is acceptable. The Backend Operations Specialist will manage backend processes, ensure operational efficiency, handle data entry and management, support operational workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in managing backend processes and ensuring operational efficiency
• Experience with data entry and data management
• Ability to handle operational workflows and support cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for backend operations
• Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
