The role involves reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads generated through our CRM system, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the leads generated on CRM. Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. Follow up with prospects to ensure conversions and close sales. Update CRM regularly with call logs, follow-ups, and customer details. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory). 0–2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales (freshers are welcome with good communication skills).
