Job Description

Title: Sales Executive (Telesales)

Experience: 0-1 Year

Location: Sector 20 Gurugram

Salary:20k – 25k

Role Overview

Sales Executive (Telesales)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the leads generated on CRM.
Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Follow up with prospects to ensure conversions and close sales.
Update CRM regularly with call logs, follow-ups, and customer details.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
0–2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales (freshers are welcome with good communication skills).
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (any additional regional language is a plus).
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
