Job Description

Edugorithm is looking for a passionate and skilled English Teacher & Curriculum Maker to join our team in Kochi. This role requires someone who can develop engaging English language curricula while also delivering offline classroom sessions and online lessons to students. The ideal candidate will be both a creative curriculum designer and an inspiring teacher who can bring lessons to life in both physical and digital classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement English language curricula tailored to different learner levels.

• Teach English classes both offline (classroom-based) and online (live sessions/virtual classes).

• Create lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Continuously update curriculum content to keep it relevant, practical, and effective.

• Collaborate with the Edugorithm team to align teaching practices with the company’s educational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in teaching English (school/college/coaching center/online).

• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and lesson planning.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms.

• Based in Kochi or willing to relocate (onsite presence required).
