Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Telesales Representative. In this position, you will connect with potential clients to understand their needs and promote Edrix's educational programs that align with their goals. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with prospective customers, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Sales expertise to identify client needs, close deals, and meet or surpass targets
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and guide clients on the platform and its benefits
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, remote environment
• Prior experience in telesales or a relevant customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is advantageous
