Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales representative located in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls to potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers with any questions or concerns. The role also involves training on product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
