Our mission is to create seamless, persistent, and affordable healthcare solutions. We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

Job description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products/services.
• Follow up on leads, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
• Provide guidance and support to potential customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing detailed information about our devices and their benefits.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Clinical, Production and Customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities and communicate to the management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Essential experience and requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and resilient.
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with individuals diagnosed with patients and their families.

Working Days- Mon-Sat 9 AM- 5PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,640.70 - ₹30,437.38 per month
