Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold data.
• Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Answer queries about offerings, pricing, or company policies.
• Follow call scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Follow up with potential leads and re-engage cold contacts.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Proven experience in telesales or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge MS Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English.
