Role Des</strong>criptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, answering customer queries, providing detailed information, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining customer databases, following up with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telesales Representative will receive training and support to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Customer Support and SalesAbility to undergo Training and adapt to new processesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targetsProficiency in using CRM software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
