Description

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
