Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, identifying customer needs, providing detailed information about products or services, and selling effectively. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability in Sales, including meeting and exceeding targets
Experience in Training programs or willingness to undergo training
Interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Prior experience in telesales or call center operations is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus
