About the Company

Niharika Buildwell is a growing real estate development company based in Panipat, specializing in premium builder floors and residential projects. With a focus on quality construction and timely delivery, the company is expanding its presence and strengthening its sales and customer engagement team.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on leads provided.
• Explain project details, pricing, and basic information to potential buyers.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead details regularly.
• Follow up with interested clients and coordinate with the sales team for site visits.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Confident and polite phone manner.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and respond clearly.
• Basic knowledge of sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

As per company schedule.
