Role Overview

Telesales Executive

This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust while driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned leads from the internal portal and convert them into orders through outbound/inbound calls
  • Understand customer skincare/haircare concerns and guide them toward suitable product/service solutions
  • Educate customers about benefits, usage, and outcomes in a simple and convincing manner
  • Drive daily/weekly conversion targets and maintain strong follow-up discipline
  • Handle objections confidently and close deals through effective communication
  • Update lead status, call notes, and customer details accurately on the internal portal/CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dermatology, logistics, customer support) when required
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient sales closures

Key Skills & Requirements

  • No minimum experience is required; however, candidates with experience in telesales, inside sales, customer conversion, or outbound calling will be given priority
  • Strong verbal communication skills in

    Hindi & English

    (mandatory)
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales over phone
  • Comfortable with targets, conversion metrics, and performance-based role expectations
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple leads at once
  • Customer-first attitude with empathy and confidence
  • Basic ability to work on CRM tools, lead portals, or Excel reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, cosmetology, dermatology clinics, or personal care sales
  • Knowledge of common skincare concerns (acne, pigmentation, hair fall, sensitivity, etc.)
  • Proficiency in additional regional languages (Telugu or others is a plus)

  • Lead-to-order conversion rate
  • Number of productive calls per day
  • Follow-up efficiency and lead closure turnaround time
  • Customer satisfaction and low complaint rate
  • CRM/portal data accuracy
