Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Bhopal. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone, explaining products or services, and closing sales. The role includes addressing customer inquiries, maintaining records of customer interactions, and meeting sales targets. This role requires proactive engagement with customers and collaboration with team members to ensure satisfaction and achieve goals.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers.
Sales expertise, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in conducting Training sessions or understanding required processes would be considered a strong advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets consistently.
