Role: Outbound Sales (Amazon Project – B2B Platform)
Mode: Work from Office (5 days) + 1 day WFH
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
Eligibility & Requirements:
Language: Hindi communication confidence is sufficient (English not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in outbound sales.
Industry Preference: Avoid financial services (e.g., credit cards).
Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Compensation & Targets:
Band 1: 18K – 25K CTC | Target – 1 onboarding/day
Band 2: 26K – 32K CTC (based on interview & current salary) | Target – 2 onboardings/day
Sales Requirement: Candidate must drive 500/- sales along with onboarding.
