Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive (Pharma - PCD & Third Party) Job Type: Full-time Location: Dhakoli Zirakpur Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) and third-party manufacturing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. ·        Key Responsibilities: ·        Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients (distributors, retailers, and wholesalers) to introduce and promote our pharma products and services. ·        Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate product recommendations, including PCD and third-party manufacturing solutions. ·        Sales Conversion: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term business relationships. ·        Follow-up & Relationship Management: Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address queries, and close sales deals. ·        Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical products, trends, and market demands to effectively pitch our offerings. ·        Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM system. ·        Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the field sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives. ·        Key Requirements: ·        Education: Minimum qualification is 12th . ·        Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (PCD/Third Party experience is an advantage). ·        Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell products over the phone and close deals effectively. ·        Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical PCD/third-party manufacturing operations and regulations is a plus. ·        Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. ·        Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle objections, resolve client issues, and find solutions to meet customer needs. ·        Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently. ·        Benefits: ·        Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. ·        Opportunities for career growth within a leading pharmaceutical company. ·        Training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
