We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy building customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and close sales.
Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Skills

12th pass or Graduate in any field.
Proven experience in tele sales/telemarketing/customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada as per location) is an added advantage.
