Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain our products/services. You will need to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and suggest suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for asking for any modifications or customizations required by the customer, as well as collecting and documenting customer feedback to enhance our products and services. It is crucial to follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Collaboration with the sales team to refine sales strategies and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM will also be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential for this role. You should also possess the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. The company offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits to all full-time employees. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the possibility of a yearly bonus. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred for effective communication with customers. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
