Job Title: Telesales Executive Department: Sales / Business Development Location: Noida sector 63 Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining product details to customers, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly. Maintain customer records and update CRM with call details and outcomes. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals. Follow up with interested customers to close sales. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Coordinate with team leaders and reporting managers for sales updates. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Prior telesales or customer service experience in Ayurvedic industry preferred (1–2 years). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
