Telesales Executive (Trading Application Sales)

As a Telesales Executive/Relationship Executive in the voice process for Dhanush's investment and trading platform, your primary responsibility will be engaging with newly registered and existing clients. Your role includes conducting outbound calls to drive initial trading activity, explaining the benefits of Dhanush's platform, guiding clients through trade execution, and cross-selling financial products to increase revenue. It is crucial to maintain detailed client interaction logs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to engage with newly registered and existing clients - Explain the benefits, features, and usage of Dhanush's trading platform - Guide clients through their first trade execution and assist with platform navigation - Build relationships with inactive accounts to increase platform usage - Identify client needs and cross-sell relevant financial products - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and issue resolution - Achieve or exceed revenue generation targets consistently Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the stockbroking industry - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali - Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach - Knowledge of financial services or a keen interest in the investment space This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the financial services sector by gaining hands-on sales experience.,
