Key Responsibilities Call potential customers (parents/students) and explain Chessensei’s classes & services. Fix appointments for demo sessions with our coaches. Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until conversion. Share brochures, class details, and event updates with interested parents. Maintain a lead database (Google Sheets/CRM) and track follow-ups. Handle customer support queries (basic info, pricing, schedules, etc.). Coordinate with the coaching team to ensure smooth demo sessions. Requirements Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Kannada (preferred). Confident in speaking with parents and handling inquiries. Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp). Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. What We Offer Fixed basic monthly salary of ₹10,000 + incentive 5% incentive on total revenue generated through your conversions.
