Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern Company: Chessensei Location: 4th Floor, Whitefield Main Rd, near Balaraj's Arcade, opposite to BRIGADE COSMOPOLIS, Brooke Bond First Cross, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 Stipend: ₹5,000/month (Fixed) + ₹3,000 Travel Allowance + ₹2,000 Performance Bonus Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Probation Based on Performance) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week) Leaves: 2 Paid Leaves per Month during Probation Working Hours: 7 hours About Us: Chessensei is a dynamic and growing chess academy focused on nurturing young minds through the power of strategic thinking and skill development. We are passionate about delivering quality chess education and creating a positive impact on students across regions. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Chessensei’s programs. Visit schools, academies, and potential clients to present our offerings and generate leads. Support social media campaigns and other digital marketing efforts. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on inquiries and conversions. Maintain a record of visits, feedback, and client responses. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams for effective campaign execution. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance. Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Energetic, confident, and self-driven personality. Must own a bike/scooter with valid driving license (Travel allowance provided). Passionate about sales, marketing, and education. Basic knowledge of chess (preferred but not mandatory).
