Job Title: Customer Support Executive (USA/Canada Support – Night Shift) Location: Saltlake Kolkata Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift Experience: Minimum 1 year (Customer Support or Sales preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to handle end-to-end customer service and support operations for our USA and Canada clients . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior experience in voice/chat/email support, and the ability to understand and pitch software products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide full customer support to international clients (USA & Canada). Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat for software sales and service-related queries. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales (preferably international process). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable working night shifts (aligned to USA/Canada time zones). Basic understanding of software products or IT services. Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support platforms.
