Job Description

Responsibilities Prospecting and sales: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present health insurance products and drive sales. Consultation: Guide customers by explaining policy benefits, coverage details, and premium options based on their needs. Relationship building: Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and handle renewals. Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Record keeping: Accurately log all sales activities, update customer information in the CRM system, and follow up with potential clients. Product knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge on all health insurance products and services.  Qualifications and skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often a plus. Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance sales is beneficial but not always required, as training is often provided. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to influence customers and close sales. Sales orientation: A target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection. .
