Role OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives with excellent communication and persuasion skills to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and drive sales for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote real estate projects. Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly and convincingly. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, telecalling, and follow-ups. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records. Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets. Provide accurate information and handle customer queries effectively. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in telesales/telemarketing (Real Estate experience is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
