Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products/services.
  • Follow a structured script while personalizing communication based on customer needs.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily/weekly call quotas and monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,533.27 per month
