Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Roles and Responsibility

Connect and engage with leads via outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Reach out to new customers and explain the company's services to build strong relationships.
Initiate sales by following up on phone calls for pre-existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
Capture insights from customer interactions and share them with the team to improve sales strategies.
Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, respect, and honesty towards clients and the team is essential.
Self-driven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Telephone etiquette and persuasion skills are necessary.
Active listening skills are needed to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Knowledge of various online matrimonial portals is an added advantage.
