Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive(Telecaller), based on-site in Palam Extension, Dwarka. The compensation is fixed salary + commission based.

Responsibilities

Reaching out to prospective clients
Pitching company products and services
Generating leads
Maintaining a high level of customer service and support.
Convert leads into sales to achieve targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Strong Communication skills.
Strong spoken English and Hindi skills.
Telesales calling experience mandatory.
Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales techniques preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work in a team environment.
12th pass is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
