Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Trivandrum. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, providing excellent customer support, and driving sales over the phone. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining client databases, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement telesales strategies.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Strong Customer Support abilities
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work efficiently in a team environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Prior experience in the digital solutions industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
