Position: Sales & Business Development Executive (High-Ticket Tele Sales) Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Work Mode: Work from Office Only Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Uncapped Incentives (Top performers can earn up to 3x salary) About the Company: Destiny Sscience, founded by Mr. Arviend Sud, is an established education company specializing in Numerology and Vastu, with a strong student base of over 35,000 learners. With rapid growth and expansion, the company is looking for experienced Tele Sales Executives to drive high-ticket course enrolments. Key Highlights: Proven tele sales / telesales experience is mandatory High-ticket consultative sales (₹1,00,000+) Target-oriented role with strong incentive potential Responsibilities & Requirements: Call and follow up with potential leads generated via marketing/interest forms Drive tele sales closures for high-ticket course enrolments Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills 2–3 years of direct sales or tele sales experience (education/coaching/services preferred) CRM familiarity and ability to maintain sales pipeline effectively High energy, confident, self-driven, and target-oriented
