Telesales Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate sales by making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases. Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively present our products/services to meet those needs. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up on generated leads through calls and emails to convert them into customers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Provide expert knowledge about the company’s offerings to prospects. Handle customer queries and objections effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Any graduate (Degree / Diploma). Freshers are encouraged to apply! Prior experience of 0-2 years in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and [Telugu/Hindi]. Persuasive and confident speaking ability. Strong listening and presentation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
