Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Patel Nagar. The Telesales Executive will handle daily responsibilities, including engaging with customers via calls, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The role also involves generating leads, persuading potential customers, and converting inquiries into successful sales, while resolving customer concerns and maintaining overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to effectively manage Customer Support and resolve queries
Expertise in Sales and Lead Generation techniques
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Experience in telesales or related fields is an advantage
Proactive and target-driven attitude with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent education level
