Telesales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Tele Sales Executive to join our hospital’s patient onboarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with interested patients, collecting their medical history and old prescriptions, coordinating with doctors, and scheduling appointments for both online and offline consultations. This role also involves generating new patient referrals, collecting reviews, and ensuring continuous patient engagement until complete recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Onboarding: Contact and onboard interested patients through phone calls, explain hospital services, and guide them through the registration process.
• Document Collection: Collect and verify old prescriptions and relevant medical documents from patients to facilitate smooth consultations.
• Coordination with Doctors: Communicate patient details and medical history to doctors, ensuring all necessary information is available for effective consultations.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for patients with doctors for both online (telemedicine) and offline (in-person) consultations.
• Referrals & Reviews: Encourage satisfied patients to refer new patients and collect feedback and reviews to improve service quality.
• Patient Engagement: Maintain regular follow-up with patients, provide updates, and address queries to ensure a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
• Recovery Assurance: Monitor patient progress post-consultation, coordinate with medical staff for follow-ups, and ensure patients are recovering as expected.
• CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain patient records and interactions in the hospital’s CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or healthcare coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to empathize with patients and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and telecommunication tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
