Job Description

Making Sales: Directly responsible for generating sales through telephone interactions.  Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.  Persuasion and Closing Deals: Using persuasive communication techniques to convince customers to purchase products or services.  Following Scripts: Adhering to communication scripts and guidelines while handling different topics.  Lead Validation: Validating leads and directing them to the appropriate executive within the CRM system.  Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.  Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.  Maintaining CRM Data: Keeping customer relationship management (CRM) data accurate and up-to-date.  Handling Client Queries: Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes, as well as handling client queries and complaints.
