We believe in creating memorable journeys for our clients while fostering growth for our team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain holiday/tour packages. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into bookings. Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure closures and build strong relationships. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to ensure smooth customer service. Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet monthly targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude and willingness to learn about travel destinations. Qualifications:Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
