We are looking for a Telesales Executive involve the telecalling, and arrange site visits for prospective buyers. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, and coordination with the sales team to achieve closures
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property projects (apartments, villas, plots, etc.).
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer property inquiries.
Explain pricing, amenities, and features of properties to clients.
Convince clients to schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
Maintain customer records, follow up regularly, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Support the sales team in achieving closures by providing qualified leads.
Location: Tirumalagiri _Secunderabad -Hyderabad
Experience: 0 to 2 Years( freshers also welcome with good communication skills)
