Company Website- https://joy-n-crew.com/  Job Summary:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities on the Field. You will be a key part of our sales team, engaging with potential clients and conveying the value of our products/services. Key Responsibilities:1.    Conduct Field market research to prospective customers to understand their needs and offer our products/services. 2.    Meeting the potential leads & coordinating with internal stakeholders. 3.    Sales of Holiday Products – Group tours, Customized tours (International and Domestic), etc. 4.    Establish and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through effective communication. 5.    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 6.    Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening. 7.    Maintain a detailed record of interactions with customers in our CRM system. 8.    Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and optimize sales strategies. 9.    Keep up to date with industry knowledge and product information to effectively address customer inquiries. 10. Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. 11. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications:·       Proven experience in Field sales or a related field is a plus. ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
