🧭 Job Title: Telesales Executive – Solar Solutions  Location:Meerut   Department: Sales & Marketing   Reports To: Telesales Manager / Sales Head  🎯 Job Summary   We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Telesales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers via phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sustainability, and a proven ability to close sales in a fastpaced environment.  📌 Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services    Explain the benefits of switching to solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact    Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales representatives    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups   Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance    Handle customer objections and provide clear, persuasive responses    Stay updated on solar technology, pricing, and government incentives    Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion  🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications  Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (solar or energy sector preferred)    Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills    Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)    Fluency in Hindi    Selfmotivated, targetoriented, and team player  🌞 Preferred Attributes  Prior experience in solar energy or renewable sector    Familiarity with local energy regulations and solar incentives    Multilingual abilities for regional outreach  💼 Compensation & Benefits  Competitive base salary + performancebased incentives    Training and development opportunities    Health and wellness benefits    Opportunity to grow in a fastexpanding green energy company
