Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Thalambur, Chennai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, follow up on potential leads, and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3 - 5 years into Eductional insitututions / Eduction sectors
• Institutional telesales & admission calling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert potential customers into opportunities.
• Customer Support expertise to handle queries, provide solutions, and build rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
