As a Computer Sales Representative at Synergeze Global Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through various channels such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions. Your role will involve advising customers on technical matters, recommending appropriate computer configurations, and negotiating prices for sales. To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of the latest computer technology and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients regularly. Your primary responsibilities will include recognizing consumer needs, providing detailed information about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company, investigating new items, checking inventory, taking orders, providing technical support post-purchase, and constructing sales pitches and presentations. Additionally, you will travel to areas where needs are projected, stay updated on market trends, assist with the company helpline, and serve as a customer service representative for inquiries and difficulties. Moreover, you will demonstrate product features before a sale, respond to pre-qualification questionnaires or tender documents, negotiate commercial agreements, help customers maximize software features, advise on user training, and ensure service quality by staying knowledgeable about technical specifications and features of the company's systems and processes.
