Telesales Executive-Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and explain company products (CCTV, laptops, printers, IT solutions, etc.) to generate interest.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed leads and sales.
• Maintain customer database and update call details regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with potential clients for order closures.
• Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
