Job Description

Department : Retail Sales Key Responsibilities : Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally. Demonstrate laptop features, specifications, and benefits to customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models. Explain promotions, EMI options, and warranty details. Maintain product displays and ensure all demo units are working. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide post-sales assistance and coordinate with support teams. Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management. Requirements : Education : Diploma / Graduate . Experience : Fresher or 1–2 years in retail electronics or IT product sales preferred. Skills : Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong product knowledge (brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.) Basic technical understanding of laptops and accessories Customer service orientation Additional Info : Attractive incentives based on performance. Training will be provided on new models and features. Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
